伊迪娜·門澤爾憑在百老匯長演不衰的經典舞臺劇《女巫前傳》中飾演阿爾法巴一角，獲得了託尼獎最佳女演員獎。她從1995年出演《吉屋出租》開始自己的百老匯生涯。電影方面她出演過《魔法奇緣》與《吉屋出租》電影版。她也參演了不少電視劇，比如在《歡樂合唱團》中客串，以及推出《伊迪娜·門澤爾現場秀：光腳交響樂》。

《Let It Go》是華特迪士尼動畫工作室的2013年動畫作品《冰雪奇緣》（Frozen）當中的主題曲，由Kristen Anderson-Lopez和Robert Lopez作曲作詞。這首歌由美國百老匯演員、歌手Idina Menzel擔任片中角色——艾莎（Elsa）——的配音以及演唱。

網上很火的是Demi Lovato唱的 翻唱

ps：個人覺得翻唱好聽太多倍了。。。其實很多人聽得都是翻唱 因為翻唱很火 。。。

不過好像確實ldina Menzel 唱的比較符合動畫 畢竟她是電影裡艾莎的配音

分為兩個版本

Demi Lovato版本的是原唱，並非電影中艾莎配音歌唱（也就是所謂的電影原版）的版本。

Kristen Anderson-Lopez版本的是電影版本，Kristen Anderson-Lopez的聲音略顯滄桑沙啞。
