兩種用法都是錯誤的，應該是help onself to sth。，意為自用（食物）等，或者help sb。 to do sth。，意為“幫助某人做某事”。

help的用法：

1、 help sb。 to do sth。

幫助某人做某事。

I can‘t help you to lift this stone。

2、be of some/ no/ much help to sb。

對某人有些 / 沒有 / 很有幫助。

自用（食物等）。

Help yourself to the fish。

He helped the patient out of the hospital。

他攙扶病人走出了醫院。

Can you help the patient into the hospital ？

5、 help sb。 out

幫助某人克服困難，渡過難關、解決問題、完成工作。

When I’m in trouble， he always helps me out with money。

6、with the help of

在……幫助下。

With the help of her， he found his lost child。
