的確，suggest 後面 可以跟to，但to 這時是介詞，後面要跟賓語，具體用法是：suggest + 名詞/代詞+to +人。

如：We suggest the plan to him。另外就是suggest doing sth。表示“建議做某事”，如：He suggests going out for a walk。

1、Suggest表示建議，用法如下：Suggest+ 名詞/代詞或suggest+名詞/代詞to+人，但不能說suggest sb sth ，即不能加雙賓做賓語eg：We suggest him the plan （Χ）但We suggest the plan to him（√）
