因為這裡的these是指these keys，這是複數名詞做主語，所以用are。

你老師講的a set of keys的主語是a set，這是單數，所以是單數is。

比較一下：

A set of keys is on the desk。 桌子上有一串鑰匙。

These keys are mine。 這些鑰匙是我的。

同樣的用法還包括a pair of， a piece of。。。等等。

不能用 are， 因為 set 是 n-count （不可數）名詞。只允許用 is。

a set —— 一套；一組；一系列 ， （n-count noun）

a set of things is a number of things

that belong together or

that are thought of as a group。

a set 還有其它意思，也是不可數。

a set of keys 是一串鑰匙的意思，如果用these那應該看成是多個的，如果用Is那應該就是把它看成一個整體是單數，不確定可以去問老師
