you sincerely mean the person doesn't have to help you:

e。g。，

I would really appreciate your help， but only if you have time。

Please help me， but only if you have time and energy。

I could use your help， but only if it doesn‘t affect your other plans。

you really need help but you're just being polite:

e。g。，

If you can help me， I would really appreciate it。

If you can， I could really use your help。

If possible， would you please help me？
